UK Conversion Officer- Faculty of Arts, Business and Social Sciences
The UK Recruitment and Partnerships team are looking to recruit a UK Conversion Officer for the Faculty of Arts, Business and Social Sciences.
The UK Conversion team deliver on key elements of the UK recruitment strategy with the aim to convert applications to Firm Acceptances and Enrolment. The team develop, lead and deliver conversion initiatives and projects at both a cross-institutional and faculty level, these include applicant nurturing; communications; events and activities; interviews and assessments; and the University’s Clearing operation.
The role is full-time, fixed term for 12 months to cover maternity leave.
The role is 37 hours per week and currently involves 2 days working at City Campus (Tuesday and Wednesday) and 3 days working from home. However in peak periods, there may be a requirement to work on campus 5 days per week.
You will be required to work frequently during the evening and weekends to support Recruitment and Conversion Activity across our City, Walsall, and Telford campuses. On some occasions, there may be a requirement to travel away from the University both within the West Midlands region and throughout the UK.
