About the Role

An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of laboratory technicians.

As a member of the Technical Team, you will provide technical support and guidance to students and academic colleagues during practical sessions and demonstrations in laboratories, workshops and studios. You will help create a positive, industry-relevant learning environment to enhance the employability prospects of students. You will maintain a safe working environment and escalate issues where necessary. You will identify appropriate personal development opportunities and actively keep up to date with relevant discipline knowledge. You should be a team player who is willing to support others, as necessary, as well as being able to work independently.
