Technician Instructor

DN Colleges are seeking a dedicated Technician/ Instructor based at HESTA to support the curriculum delivery with specialist services. This role offers the chance to contribute to a high-performing learning culture, and to join a team at the forefront of technical education.

As a Technician/ Instructor, you are responsible for;

• Resource preparation: ready & distribute teaching resources tailored to specialism.
• Environment maintenance: ensuring a clean, tidy & safe working environment.
• Equipment management: Order, store, and maintain specialist equipment for curriculum areas.
• Supportive instruction: demonstrate practical techniques and assist with learner supervision when necessary.

The successful candidate will have a relevant vocational qualification, minimum L2. You will also have a GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English. You will have and maintain a strong subject knowledge and ideally some practical experience.

Interview date: 15th & 16th July
