Royal Holloway has recently invested in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, currently utilising it for customer service capabilities. As we continue to evolve, we seek a skilled Technical Product Manager to lead us through the next phase of our Dynamics journey.

Role Overview: In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Service Development Manager, and Product Analyst. Your mission? To shape the strategic direction of our Dynamics 365 platform, driving its expansion, enhancing operational efficiency, and streamlining the student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Roadmap Creation:
    • Develop comprehensive roadmaps that strategically guide the evolution of our Dynamics 365 platform.
    • Identify opportunities to expand its footprint, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    • Focus on optimising the platform’s operational efficiency.
    • Engage in license and capacity planning to maintain sustainability.
  • Agile Delivery:
    • Leverage an Agile approach to guide, implement, and deploy new features.
    • Explore innovative technical capabilities, including those offered by tools like Copilot.
  • Vision Communication:
    • Shape and articulate a compelling vision for Dynamics 365 usage across the organisation.
    • Present concepts effectively to diverse audiences, from technical experts to business stakeholders.
  • Qualifications and Skills:

    • Microsoft Dynamics Experience: Proven expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a track record of successful implementations.
    • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail when shaping strategies and communicating vision.
    • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
    • Agile Mindset: Comfortable working in an Agile environment, embracing change and continuous improvement.
