As the Subway Manager, you will be the driving force of the Subway outlet at EHSU. You will be encouraged to understand our customers to maximise sales and exceed targets, and to look for new innovative opportunities to excite our target market and grow contribution. With an eye for detail and high street trends, you will ensure that our outlet is relevant, offers value for money, student-friendly prices and is truly student-led. You will represent the Union internally and eternally and build relationships with both existing and new partners.

You will be a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for the food service industry. With a keen understanding of customer behaviour, you excel at exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional service. Your strong commercial acumen allows you to identify and act on opportunities to engage our target market and drive growth. You stay updated on high street trends, ensuring our Subway outlet remains relevant and offers value for money with student-friendly prices. Your focus on being student-led helps create an environment that resonates with our student community. 

As a representative of the Union, you excel at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. Your ability to forge partnerships with existing and new partners is crucial for the success of the Subway outlet at Edge Hill Students' Union.
