About Us

Over the past 15 years, we’ve invested more than £450m across our five campuses in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. Named ‘Modern University of the Year 2023’ by The Times and The Sunday Times, we know that our campuses and facilities are a key part of our success, which is why we’re investing a further £250m across our sites over the next five years.

As one of the most environmentally responsible universities in the world, we lead the sector by embedding sustainability into everything we do. As part of our Estates team, you’ll help to guide and support this work by reducing our carbon impact and accelerating our progress to net zero by 2040.

Our Estates

Our City campus is home to stunning Grade II listed buildings, dynamic architecture and picturesque living walls and terraces. In 2021, our renovation of a former Wesleyan Chapel (University Hall) was recognised as the ‘University Impact Initiative of the Year’ by the Association for University Directors of Estates (AUDE). We continue to invest in sector leading projects with the construction of the Design and Digital Arts building which will open in 2024.
