Warwick Business School are looking to appoint a Services Support Supervisor to lead our successful IT Helpdesk service. 

You will be responsible for leading and developing a small but growing team of Service Support Consultants (8 FTEs). You will also be the primary escalation point for in-depth technical queries received via the Helpdesk service.
