We are looking for a Subject Group Head and Senior Lecturer in Marketing, to lead and support our ambitious plans for growth and student outcomes.
   

Salford Business School is in an exciting growth period, including construction of a brand-new building and redesigned subject offering, and we’re looking for energetic colleagues to join us in driving our next phase forward.

We’re looking for people to help us demonstrate the linkages between the practicalities of business and industry with academic disciplines that are a focus for research and teaching in Salford Business School.

We hope you’ll bring your track record in industry and commitment to outstanding delivery, as well as experience in learning support and leading successful academic teams. 

Key Responsibilities  

  • To lead the Subject Group team and operationalise the university and school strategies to ensure student success and the achievement of SBS goals 
  • Leadership of large and complex programmes and identifying opportunities for strategic development of new programmes. 
  • Identify areas where current provision needs revision or enhancement. 
  • Lead your team’s engagement with the University’s commitment to put our students first and deliver a learning experience that represents value for money and leads to further study or work.
