This is an exciting opportunity to take a senior role in a busy information governance team. We are looking for someone with an understanding of the importance of the proper governance of informatio n in a university setting and an in-depth knowledge of compliance legislation. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead on embedding policies and best practice in Information governance Into the University’s administrative.

Your priorities will include:

  • Taking a strategic approach to embedding Information Governance in the University
  • Leading on the updating of policies and processes
  • Overseeing the work of the Information Governance Officers
  • Ensuring best practice is followed in relation to legislative compliance and the management of records and data
