The University of Worcester is seeking a Senior Digital Channels Officer to join its Digital Communications Team. We’re looking for an outstanding communicator to take overall responsibility for the University’s main corporate website, as well as content on third party sites and social media.

You will need to be an experienced digital communications professional, with excellent knowledge of the sector and an understanding of trends and developments in Higher Education student recruitment.

The Communications and External Affairs Department is responsible for external and internal communication at the University of Worcester with the aim of driving applications and building the reputation of the Institution amongst a variety of stakeholders.

It is an exciting time for the Communications team. With changes in the sector, increased competition and a desire to raise the bar, we are looking for outstanding people who can help us deliver our mission of transforming lives through inspired teaching and research.

The work of the Department brings it into close contact with staff across all levels; both within the organisation and outside. There is a strong culture of teamwork and supporting each other in times of pressure.
