The building is listed and was constructed in a dramatic and modern design behind the retained façade of the original Addenbrooke's Hospital. The Business School has office accommodation, five lecture theatres, 16 seminar and meeting rooms, a dedicated dining room, a common room providing a social and meeting space as well as student project and syndicate rooms, an information centre and a computer lab. Cambridge Judge also occupies all floors of the neighbouring Keynes House along with five houses on Trumpington Street.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our facilities team as a Senior Custodian. The role holder will provide an efficient and effective service to the School staff, students and guests. This will include meeting room set up, office moves, basic cleaning and security. Further responsibilities include sorting and distributing mail, assisting with minor building maintenance, and light supervision of contractors. Ideally, the successful candidate will have worked in a similar role, and have basic IT literacy (although training will be given in the use of computer systems used). They will have technical aptitude and the ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Good communication and timekeeping skills are essential. Being highly motivated, conscientious and honest is a prerequisite for this role.

This role is full-time and based in central Cambridge. The post holder will be required to work on a rotating shift pattern that includes mornings, evenings, and weekends depending on the needs of the School.
