Senior Clinical Liaison Administrator (BMBS)

The Clinical Liaison Team is part of the Medical School; it provides the interface between clinicians and the wider healthcare community to ensure the successful delivery of several programmes including medicine and dental programmes.

Under the guidance of the Clinical Liaison Manager and as a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the activities of the two Administrators to enable the delivery and continuous development of a customer focused and efficient administrative support service for the BMBS programme.

You will be responsible for all aspects Small Group Facilitator administration including supporting the Leads with recruitment, induction, mapping hours and processing monthly pay claims.  In addition, you will oversee the Annual Timetabling and submission of all BMBS Room Bookings and liaison with Central Timetabling.  You will oversee the day-to-day management of the Assistant Administrator and Administrator who timetable all of year 1 and 2 BMBS teaching, process change requests, liaise with academics and recruit academics. 

You will be expected to liaise with Clinical Leads and providers from our clinical partners about teaching.  You will ensure Student Timetables are accurate and ensure the Digital Learning Environment is up to date. 

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised administrator who can work at a complex level for this new role.  You will be passionate about leadership and understand the value and importance of teamwork.  You will need excellent IT Skills (please give details and examples of Excel skills in application).  You will need excellent customer service skills and excellent communication skills.  You will need experience of working with data and be extremely accurate.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 37 hours a week.
