Following investment into the Admissions structure, we are now seeking a Senior Admissions Officer to join our friendly and professional team. The successful post holder will manage a team of Admissions Officers, who will focus on either Undergraduate applications from one of the three Brunel Colleges.
Your application should provide evidence of excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as experience in customer service. Educated to degree level and preferably with some management training, you will need to have substantial administrative experience, preferably in higher education admissions. Knowledge of fee assessment requirements and SITS student records system would also be of benefit, as would familiarity with the UCAS application process. Candidates should ideally have experience of managing a team and a good knowledge of the Admissions process.

- Enthusiasm and the ability to use your initiative to solve problems
- Self-motivated and the ability to work unsupervised
- Strong independent research skills, for complex decision making
- Ability to develop and maintain effective cross-team relationships to provide a timely service
- Line management skills to support, coach and performance manage line reports
- Confident in the use of IT systems (preferably SITS)
