We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to provide effective and efficient support and leadership within the School of Health & Social Care.

As part of this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to continually review and develop post-registration and apprenticeship processes and will be responsible for supporting the School in its compliance with Professional, Statutory, and Regulatory Bodies requirements, the Education and Skills Funding Agency funding regulations, and Ofsted. You will also oversee the co-ordination of the recruitment process for the School’s apprenticeship programmes, working closely with Programme Leaders, regional health and social care employers, and the School's Admissions Lead.

You will need to be proactive and able to use your initiative, whilst remaining focused on always providing excellent customer service. You will also need to have a strong understanding of academic processes and be used to re-prioritising at short notice.

As an experienced team member, you will largely manage your own time and determine priorities to achieve the required output. You will also line manage a team of administrators and must have the ability to cope in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Interested candidates should contact Lucie Jarvis, Operations Manager, for an informal discussion about the role at [email protected] .

In support of our commitment to developing colleagues by providing opportunities for internal movement and promotion, applications for this opportunity will only be accepted from people who are currently employed by the University of Lincoln. We actively encourage applications from all colleagues across the University with the relevant skills and experience.
