This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and develop our school and college-based recruitment work.
With strong interpersonal skills, you will build and support strategic relationships with targeted schools, colleges and MATs in your region in order to deliver a wide range of initiatives and activities designed to increase applications to the University and provide benefit to our regional partner institutions.
You will bring strong working knowledge of schools and colleges to lead this recruitment work at a University level, and will also play a significant role in advising and guiding academic departments in their recruitment efforts.
You will maintain a wide network of contacts, internally and externally within your designated region and will make every School or College you are working with feel important and valued.
You will be responsible for recruitment from Schools and Colleges in one of the following regions:
This role sits within the Communications and External Affairs department which has a leading role in promoting the work of the University to external audiences.
This role is suitable for hybrid working and part time will be considered (up to 0.8 FTE).
