Location: City of Leicester, ENGLAND

About the role

In this role you will work on IgA nephropathy projects funded by philanthropic donations and industry funded projects. You will be expected to work across two University sites (the Hodgkin Building and the CVRC at Glenfield Hospital). You will be expected to carry out experimental tests on human blood and urine samples and to analyse and present data to collaborators and at scientific conferences. You will also assist the Research Manager with ensuring that projects meet agreed deadlines.


About you

We are looking for a candidate with excellent working knowledge of IgA nephropathy as well as the research techniques that are used to investigate this disease. You will hold an honours degree in a relevant or related subject and ideally hold a Master’s degree. You must also be able to show evidence of current GCP training.
