WLV Sport is the professional services department of the university that delivers the sport and physical activity provision to students, staff, and the local community.

To support the delivery our strategy of ‘More People, More Active’, we are seeking to recruit a Relief Duty Manager to ensure safe, inclusive, and engaging delivery of sport and physical activity across our Walsall and Wolverhampton Campus sports facilities.

You will be responsible for the effective management for the two sports centre(s) while on shift. Leading and supporting the development of a team of 4 Sports Assistants/ Fitness Instructors and taking responsibility for processes and procedures to ensure safe sports delivery are key to this role. These positions will be on a Zero Hour contract only, covering staff sickness and annual leave when necessary.
