Project Manager (Education Strategy)

About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects aligned with the University’s Research-inspired Education Strategy. You will oversee the preparations for the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) and the core Student Surveys including the National Student Survey (NSS), Student Academic Experience Survey (SAES) and Postgraduate Teaching Experience Survey (PTES). Additionally, you will provide project management support for initiatives related to the University/Students’ Union Partnership Framework.
About you
With relevant experience in Higher Education, specifically in roles related to education policy, strategy, or similar areas, you will possess knowledge of the UK Higher Education System and an understanding of the Office for Students' regulatory framework, particularly regarding the National Student Survey and the Teaching Excellence Framework.
We seek someone who is comfortable challenging the status quo, has the communication skills and expertise to influence decision-making at all levels, and confidence in presenting to different types of audiences. A willingness to identify and solve problems, along with an understanding of how these issues impact areas beyond your immediate responsibilities, is essential.
