About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Leicester Medical School at the University of Leicester.  We are seeking a proactive and resourceful candidate to join the Phase 1 Professional Services Team as a Programme Administrator.  This post provides essential administrative support to students, staff and colleagues within the School.  In addition to working collaboratively with the rest of the Phase 1 team to deliver shared objectives such as induction, timetabling and a range of student engagement projects, the role holder will have responsibility for a number of key, standalone activities within the Phase 1 MBChB curriculum. 


About you

We are looking for an individual with experience of working within a student-facing environment with substantial work experience as an administrator (data record management, data input, record-keeping, minute taking). The successful candidate will have an understanding of the importance of meeting students' needs and providing a high-quality service at all times.
