- THE ROLE -

The post holder will be an impactful world-leading researcher in the field of pharmacogenomics. They will lead and advance research and education within the School of Medicine focusing on pharmacogenomics to improve human health, developing personalised medicine approaches in diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular and metabolic disorders, chronic inflammation, infectious diseases, and neurological disorders. The appointee will direct a programme of research in line with University and Faculty / School objectives and emerging growth and city deal initiatives including the School of Medicine on the Derry~Londonderry campus.

 - ABOUT YOU -

The postholder will have:

• PhD in an area relevant to pharmacogenomics.
• Participated in or have a willingness to participate in University Leadership and Management Programmes (or equivalent).
