About You

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Postdoctoral Research Assistant with interest/expertise in cardiovascular pharmacology or related field, to work with us investigating the differences that exist between men and women and their susceptibility to hypertensive heart failure and their potential responsiveness to nitric oxide-based therapies that enhance cGMP levels. The position is funded by the Australian National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) for two and a half years in the first instance and is a project in collaboration with The Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences.

The post is based at the Charterhouse Square Campus in London, full time (35 hours per week), fixed term appointment for 2.5 years with an expected start date of 1st April 2024 or as soon as possible thereafter. The starting salary will be Grade 4, spinal 29 at £40,223  per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
