 About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Postdoctoral Research Assistant in Evaluation to join a small but growing team of evaluators and researchers at the Evaluation and Policy Analysis Unit at Edge Hill University. We design and conduct evaluations of services and interventions in the public and commercial sector using theory led evaluation approaches. We specialise in theory of change and logic model development as well as evaluations of complex interventions in the health, educational or public service sector. 

 In this role you will be expected to engage positively in research activity in the broad area of Evaluation and Policy Analysis field under the direction of the project lead/principal investigator.

Complete high-quality evaluation and research in the area of Evaluation and Policy Analysis and associated subject areas, leading on data collection and data analysis as well as write up elements of the project, under the direction of the PI.

 About You

As a Postdoctoral Research Assistant in Evaluation you will have excellent data analysis skills in quantitative and qualitative research as well as essential knowledge of evaluation frameworks and theories.

You will a have a PhD in in a public policy field or health management/health policy field, excellent communication skills and be able to disseminate complex information to a variety of audiences, demonstrate excellent writing skills in producing high quality outputs and provide good networking skills. You will also be a flexible, adaptable individual who can work under pressure and to tight timescales.
