About The Role
Falmouth Exeter Plus are looking for an experienced Plumber with general building maintenance experience to work within the Estates team on a full time, permanent basis.  Working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Estates Helpdesk Team you will be required to deliver a first class plumbing installation and maintenance service across a variety of properties on campus, whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times. It's a varied role and represents a great opportunity to join a close knit team.
 
The position will primarily be based from our Penryn Campus, however, there may be a requirement for you to work at our Falmouth Campus on occasion.

About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who will be City and Guilds qualified or hold an NVQ equivalent in Plumbing installations, along with post qualification experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, be able to assess and solve problems on site but be able to operate effectively as part of a great team.
 
We would like to hear from you if you have the following skills/experience:
 

• Experience of working in a building maintenance role in commercial environment or housing/accommodation environment on plumbing installations.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
• Good communication & customer service skills.
• A current full driving licence.

This position is offered on a permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week contract, Monday to Friday.
