About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Payroll & Pensions Administrator to join the Staff Recruitment, Payroll & Pensions Team to provide an effective and efficient payroll and pension administration service. You will process payroll and pension documents in accordance with payroll legislation and the various pension scheme’s rules and regulatory requirements.
You will act as first point of contact for staff payroll and pension queries, and contribute to the efficient operation of payroll administration including processing starters and leavers, statutory payments and deductions, atypical claims and the provision and transfer of accurate data to pension providers.

About You
As a Payroll & Pensions Administrator you will have excellent working knowledge of payroll processing along with pension scheme administration. You should have excellent numerical, analytical and IT skills and a positive, customer focused, self-motivated approach, with the ability to build and maintain highly effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
You should be solution-focussed, flexible and dynamic with high attention to detail, with the ability to use your initiative to respond positively to new situations and contribute effectively to the delivery of a high level, professional service.
