Are you looking for a varied and rewarding role where you can demonstrate your outstanding customer service and people skills? We are recruiting a University Receptionist and Administrator, and you could be just the person we need.
As part of a small, close-knit team you will be the first point of contact for many who visit our university, from prospective students to visitors, staff, and current students.
Our team has a shared purpose to provide a positive customer experience and a passion to support our community.
You will have:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Experience in responding quickly to situations, taking ownership to identify and resolve issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A comprehensive understanding of cloud-based tools such 365 or similar
- Excellent people skills and experience at being a strong team-player

We are recruiting for one part-time and permanent post. You will be working 1pm until 5pm, Monday to Friday.
