An opportunity has arisen for the position of PA to the Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Digital, Global and Sustainability within the Vice-Chancellor’s Office.  The role is a PA role with an emphasis on the organisation of travel to support the PVC Global, whose international travel is frequent and complex. In a fast-moving and dynamic working environment you will be responsible for providing the highest level of executive support.  Working closely with the University executive team is a superb way to build experience if your career aspirations include leadership roles.  

You will work closely with the executive team based within the Vice-Chancellor’s Office and will help to develop and maintain administrative and support systems to the highest standard. You must be able to operate in a highly professional manner and will be required to form and maintain a wide range of professional relationships both across the university and with external stakeholders. You should be able to multi-task and will have exceptional organisational, communication and prioritisation skills.

This is a full time, indefinite post based at Lancaster University campus. For current staff, secondment opportunity may be considered.
