Are you an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills? Do you have experience of working in a busy office environment in a PA and/or administrative role? Can you make a positive contribution to our team?
As part of the School’s Administrative Team, you will play a vital role in providing PA and Admin support across a range of general School administration activities. Working as part of a small team you will have effective communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal diplomatically with a wide range of people whilst maintaining confidentiality. Drive, enthusiasm, a proactive approach, and the ability to work to an elevated level of accuracy are essential requirements for the role. You should also have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload to set deadlines.
You will also provide support on school projects and initiatives, as directed by the Head of School and School Manager.
Experience of using Microsoft Office is essential.
