An opportunity has arisen to join the Occupational Health and Wellbeing team at Loughborough University. If you want to be part of the team pivotal in providing support to staff at the University this may be the role for you.

The Occupational Health and Wellbeing Co-ordinator role is split between providing administrative support for the department – this means making sure that the team get to see and communicate with the people they need to, in order to maintain excellent standards of safety for the University.  It means providing full administrative support to the team as well as analysing data and producing good quality reports. Along with being responsible for collation of wellbeing data and report writing, organising specific events for staff across both campuses.

In this role you will also be responsible for maintaining the department and staff wellbeing webpages.

The post holder will report to the Occupational Health and wellbeing Manager, supporting the team with effective delivery of the service.

You will have GCSE Grade 4 and above in English and Mathematics (or equivalent), have experience of working in a team in an office environment, have a good attention to detail, be able to demonstrate administration skills and have experience of maintaining databases along with an interest in wellbeing.
