The Library Resources and Systems Administrator will be part of the small team that manages and acquires the online resources, physical book stock and serials, special book collections and other learning resources provided by St Mary’s University Library.

They will also assist with setting up, managing and maintaining library systems, applications and equipment, and provide support and training to end users and Student Hub staff in the use of Library applications.

Applicants must have experience of working in a library or information environment, preferably in a Higher Education setting.

A good level of IT proficiency and a capacity to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems is essential. This role requires flexibility, proactivity, attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively and build good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
