Over the last five years ULMS has engaged in extensive recruitment of academic and professional services staff, expanding into a state-of-the-art extension adjacent to the Georgian quarter of Liverpool, including a trading room and a marketing suite. The Operations and Supply Chain ManagementGroup is seeking to appoint a new colleague at the level of Lecturer (the equivalent to Assistant Professor) in Operations, Supply Chain, Project or Technology Management with a strong commitment to teaching and student experience and who wishes to build a teaching and scholarship career pathway. The Group has academic interests that include operations and supply chain management, operational research, logistics, procurement, project management and a growing interest in digital business, data analytics and software engineering developments with applications to operations and supply chain design and management.

You will possess a relevant PhD (or be close to completion of a PhD), have a developing track record in scholarship relevant to any area of the Operations Management field and of teaching relevant subjects at undergraduate or postgraduate levels. The School seeks excellence in all aspects of student experience and looks for individuals with a passion for innovative pedagogies and the capacity to create and deliver new and highly contemporary modules.
