We are looking for a Lecturer in Art and Design to join our team, where you will provide outstanding teaching to ensure that all our learners succeed and achieve their highest potential.

As a Lecturer in Art and Design, you would teach on a range of courses including Higher Education and contribute to the development of the curriculum.

We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who can promote a culture of excellent behaviour, motivation, and high learner performance through excellent standards of teaching and learning. In addition, you should be an excellent team player and have a passion for supporting students to succeed. Ideally, you will hold a Degree in Art and Design or related discipline.

We are looking for someone with:

  • GCSE A* - C / 9 - 4 in Maths and English or equivalent as a minimum
  • Experience of working with 16–18-year-olds, ideally in a teaching capacity
  • An up-to-date knowledge of the relevant curriculum
