We are seeking an innovative Learning Innovation and Impact Manager to drive learning innovation initiatives and manage impact assessment and measurement processes. Reporting to the Associate Director for Learning Innovation and Impact, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cutting-edge learning solutions, evaluate their effectiveness and measure the impact of our programmes and initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Associate Director to develop and implement innovative learning strategies aligned with Executive Education’s goals.
- Research and evaluate emerging pedagogical technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Develop methodologies for data collection and analysis to measure the impact of learning programmes.
- Work with teams including Marketing and Portfolio, Sales and Customer Relations, Faculty and Centre of Practice to align learning innovation and impact initiatives with organisational goals.
- Manage multiple learning innovation projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
You will have proven experience in learning innovation, impact assessment or related roles. You should also possess strong knowledge of learning methodologies, instructional design principles and emerging trends, along with expertise in digital services and targeted recommendations. Additionally, proficiency in data analysis, impact measurement and evaluation is essential.
