About us: An opportunity has arisen for a Lead Services Engineer within the University’s Estates team. The Estates team oversees the maintenance and operation of the Estate, including reactive and planned maintenance, small and large refurbishments, as well as major new capital developments. The main focus of the job is to lead a team of Building Services Engineers undertaking a range of works across the estates through the complete project lifecycle and to contribute to the University’s stratergy.

About you: You will have experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams on technically complex construction works and be able to direct the team in order to achieve the University’s requirements.

This post is based at our lively Frenchay campus where we have invested in the latest facilities and resources to give both our staff and students access to everything they need to succeed, while we continue to develop incredible new facilities to enhance our offer even further.

The campus has excellent transport links; we are within walking distance of two train stations, our bus terminus connects us to the local bus and metrobus network and we also have a range of cycling and changing facilities.

This is a permanent post and is full-time working 37 hours per week.
