Research & Enterprise Services at Lancaster University overseas the universities Research Services and Enterprise and Innovation Services functions. 

Research Services covers all aspects of research support and management, including bid development and costing, research contracts, post-award research finances, ethics support and approval, impact case study development and research systems support. 

Enterprise and Innovation Services overseas a range of support functions including: economic regeneration bid development and support, post-award financial management and claims, regulatory compliance, student enterprise and entrepreneurship education, and wider academic enterprise support including Knowledge Transfer Partnerships and staff consultancy. 

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join Knowledge Exchange (KE) Servies and oversee the day-to-day post-award financial management and claims for our regeneration and KE projects. 

We are looking for a highly motivated team leader to provide operational guidance and a strategic overview within KE Services, deputising for the KE Services Manager when appropriate. 

You will need a high degree of professionalism, excellent interpersonal and communications skills, proficient IT skills and have a high attention to detail. Experience working in an environment of external funding, project driven activity and working with administration, financial and quality systems are a significant advantage. Proven organisational skills, the ability to work to tight deadlines and effectively manage a team are essential.
