Applications are invited from customer-focused, enthusiastic candidates who wish to work in a large and diverse enterprise IT environment, supporting staff and students at a progressive University. The post available is within the IT Service Desk Team based in the IT Services Department.

The primary role is to ensure the delivery of an excellent 1st and 2nd line IT support service to students and staff at the university.  The team responds to IT queries from over 10,000 customers through email, chat, face to face and phone activities.

As an IT professional, you will have experience of providing user-focused services and an excellent all-round knowledge of supporting IT systems. Good verbal and written communications skills are essential as you will be expected to relate to users at all levels, liaising with both academic and administrative staff and students. You will also be expected to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines.

The post requires remote working 4 days per week and is based 1 day per week in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
