Are you a current University of Brighton student looking for a placement year? Fancy travelling around the UK and Europe? Interested in events, recruitment and marketing?

If so we would love to hear from you! 

Within this role you’ll be attending higher education fairs and exhibitions and delivering presentations online or in-person, targeted at prospective international students. You'll demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as the ability to relate to, and empathise  with school and college students exploring possible higher education options. You will also assist with the organisation of a range of events including the University’s open days and will need to be able to demonstrate good administrative and organisational skills.   

To be successful you will need to work flexibly and effectively with team members across the International Office team as well as the wider Marketing and Communications department.  

Some weekend and evening work is required, for which time in lieu or overtime is arranged. 

Interviews are anticipated for mid-May 2024. Approximate start date of early to mid-June 2024 depending on your studies. The post is fixed term for one year
