What we're looking for:
  • Qualifications: Paralegal qualification (CILEx), a degree in English law, GDL, or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong contract drafting skills, ability to communicate clearly and precisely, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience: Prior paralegal work in a commercial legal environment
  • Attributes: Proactive, positive, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Technology-Driven: Familiarity with AI tools and systems to improve the efficiency and throughput of agreements. Ability to leverage technology to enhance legal processes and maintain up-to-date records.



Nice to have:
  • Familiarity with technology transfer, patenting, or licensing is a plus.
