We are looking for an experienced information governance practitioner to contribute to our compliance with information-related legislation.

The Information Governance Officer in University will assist in a wide number of projects and programmes featuring information governance considerations. They will assist in reviewing, maintaining, developing and managing information, guidance and processes for compliance assurance and risk management.

Your priorities will include:

  • Managing and responding to requests under FOISA, EIRs and UK GDPR
  • Ensuring the University manages its information in compliance with UK GDPR
  • Assisting with updating of policies and processes
  • Advising on good records management practice
