This is an exciting opportunity where you will help us deliver a programme of work to support the People Strategic Plan and University Strategy, which places people at the heart of our organisation.
About Us
As a world-leading, research-intensive university, with a strong and high-quality educational offering, we are within the top 1% of universities worldwide. - Provide advice and guidance to HR colleagues on the interpretation and application of people policies and terms and conditions of employment.
About you

You will have experience of researching best practice and providing advice on terms and conditions, organisational policies, procedures, and practices. With an eye for detail, you will have excellent written skills to draft policy and contract documentation clearly and concisely. You will also be able to engage with our key stakeholders including trade unions to collaborate and consult for the best result.
If you have a question or would like to discuss the role in more detail, please contact us via [email protected]
