This full-time post is available immediately on a permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home within the UK.
Summary of the role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our fast-growing HR Global Employment team. Supporting our global employment activity and its associated services, you will be providing operational and administrative support to the team and advise a variety of stakeholders across the University about our Global Employment policies and processes. You will also contribute to the development of new initiatives and key projects as part of our Global HR transformation strategy.
Key aspects of this role will include:
- Identifying and communicating the appropriate route through Global Employment processes including expectations, objectives and benefits.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships to support the delivery of services
- Supporting the University’s global employment arrangements through the effective administrative management of our payroll operations
- Effectively gathering, record and analyse information to guarantee the efficient delivery of Global Employment services.
We are looking for people with:
- A recent experience of working within either a generalist HR, reward or relocation environment.
- The ability to quickly learn new skills and develop an understanding of Global Employment frameworks in a complex environment.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage others and build a positive rapport.
