We are seeking a passionate HR Business Partner (hybrid role) to join our HR team that supports our Professional Services Divisions. You will partner with leaders at all levels within the Campus Division (which provides estates and facilities services), supporting their operational teams such as Catering, Cleaning and Maintenance to name a few. You will focus on helping managers solve a diverse range of people management challenges using your expertise to find innovative solutions in line with HR policy and employment legislation.
On a daily basis you will work with managers to resolve employee relations cases from all stages of the employee lifecycle, support the review of job vacancies and drafting job descriptions, resolve escalated queries from our HR Shared Services team and analyse and interpret HR data. You will build strong stakeholder relationships across the Division and with trade union colleagues to enable the effective resolution of people challenges.
You have:
- Proven experience working with professional or specialist staff.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and current HR trends.
- The ability to handle a busy workload with resilience and flexibility.
- A talent for building strong relationships with staff at all levels
