University of Reading are looking for someone who wants to kick off their career and develop their skills within Human Resources as an HR Apprentice.

This role is based within our Human resources Office at the University’s beautiful Whiteknights Campus.
The main part of the role is based within Human resources Operations, but the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across other service areas as part of their role.  They will add value to the overall level of service provided by the team, support with a wide range of activities and be the first point of contact for our internal and external customers.

As an HR Apprentice, as well as meeting the eligibility criteria for the apprenticeship; you will need administrative & computer skills, to be a great communicator and have a desire to provide exceptional customer service.

The Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship will be run over a period of 18 months and be delivered by Farnborough College of Technology.  During this time, you will attend some face-to-face classes (one day every two weeks) at the College and will generate a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate the practical skills you have acquired during your apprenticeship.

Fixed Term -  2 years
