The HR Administrator is a crucial member of our HR Team, providing essential administrative support to the shared services for both Academic and Professional staff at Saïd Business School. This role plays a vital part in delivering efficient and effective HR services, requiring a supportive and collaborative approach. The HR Administrator will maintain high levels of personal discretion in handling confidential matters, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and work closely with stakeholders, including staff at Saïd Business School and the wider University.

Key responsibilities:

  • Complete data entry on PeopleXD, run reports and complete HR data returns as required.
  • Support the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to University deadlines.
  • Undertake right-to-work checks, ensuring compliance with current requirements, and gather information for work permit applications.
  • Raise contracts of employment and casual letters of engagement, preparing HR letters on behalf of HR colleagues.

You should have practical experience in an HR team, specifically dealing with day-to-day operational HR matters, demonstrating a keen awareness of data protection and information security guidelines, and exhibiting appropriate discretion in handling confidential information.
