Salary from £29,935 to £33,104 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £35,441 pa inclusive of London allowance
This is a fixed-term appointment until 30 November 2024
The Human Resources division provides advice and support to approximately 3,700 staff. We are looking for a pro-active, self-motivated, and highly organised HR Administrator to join the team.
You will be required to undertake a range of administrative duties including end-to-end recruitment processes for salaried members of staff, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and providing an excellent service to new starters at the School. You will be responsible for building professional rapport with the areas you support and possess a good level of resilience. Your role will also involve liaising closely with Payroll in relation to any employee changes, ensuring that the HR and Payroll system is always maintained.
You will demonstrate a professional face of HR, with drive, energy and enthusiasm. The ability to work on your own initiative and manage your own workload is essential to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Administrator who has operated within a fast-paced environment. You will have a proven experience of working in administration, with emphasis on accurate record keeping, data processing and HR systems. You will deliver a high-quality and pro-active service to all customers and be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
