High Schools Relationship Manager

As High Schools Relationship Manager you will be responsible for the building and maintaining of relationships with High Schools and their Counsellors. You will be required to train and motivate Counsellors on Hult International Business School and our Bachelor of Business Administration program, showcasing our values and impact. You will be the first point of contact for Counsellors and must ensure queries are responded to efficiently and effectively. It will be your responsibility to make sure Hult’s communication and approach to Schools are adapted to fit the specific needs and profiles of the school. Ensuring that the Hult Brand is represented effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

Relationship Management

Identify profile, priorities and strategies for each School and Counsellor relationship

Build Counsellor and School portfolio through regular outreach and sourcing of potential new relations

Consistently review school priorities and guidance cycle to ensure alignment with our communication and strategy

Ensure regular check-ins both in-person, online and via phone. Adapting the level of frequency of outreach to the needs of the school/Counsellor

Conduct regular surveys and insight meetings to identify areas for improvements

Manage relationships between Schools and Enrollment Advisors, ensuring queries and concerns are managed effectively and efficiently

Training and Product Knowledge

Educate Counsellors and Students on Hult, our values and learning approach both online and offline

Adapt the type of content shared to fit the needs and goals of each school

Regularly check the level of confidence of Counsellors in positioning Hult correctly with Students

Event Planning

Identify appropriate events for Students and Counsellors throughout the enrollment cycle

Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to plan and execute events effectively

Analyse the impact and effectiveness of events and adapt accordingly

Data Analysis and Forecasting

Regularly analyse relationship engagement through activity tracking on Salesforce

Identify areas of opportunity and areas of improvement from both sides of the relationship

Track performance of schools for levels of applications, acceptances, and confirmations

Use analysis to identify the priority of each school, moving schools along the priority scale depending on performance

Requirements

Solid experience in Sales, Customer Service or Relationship Management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytic and strategic thinking skills

Ability to lead and work collaboratively within a team

Conflict resolution, interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with partners

Good organisation skills and a strong work ethic

Strong public speaking ability
