Do you want to make a difference when you go to work each day?  Do you want to be part of the team that keep people from harm and who form part of the moral compass of the University?  Then this could be the role for you.

This post provides administrative support to the Health, Safety and Wellbeing team.  That means making sure that the team get to see and communicate with the people they need to, in order to maintain excellent standards of safety for the University.  It means providing full administrative support to the team as well as analysing data and producing good quality reports.

In this role you will also be responsible for maintaining the University’s accident reporting system and the Health and Safety web pages.

The post holder will report to the Health and Safety Training and Administration Adviser, supporting the Health, Safety and Wellbeing team in the effective delivery of Health, Safey and Wellbeing across the University.

You will have GCSE Grade 4 and above in English and Mathematics (or equivalent), have experience of working in a team in an office environment, have a good attention to detail, be able to demonstrate administration skills and have experience of maintaining databases.
