Estates & Facilities Management are the campus hospitality provider at Loughborough University.  We provide accommodation and catering within our halls of residence and within our various food and bar outlets for students, staff and visitors

We require a Head Chef to oversee a number of our fast paced campus kitchens producing large volumes of food for student dining halls, conference guests and retail services.

We are looking for a Head Chef with: 

  • A real passion for food innovation
  • Experience of menu planning
  • Financial acumen and proven commercial success
  • A commitment to engage, develop and inspire the team
  • A sense of ownership and accountability
  • A working knowledge of HACCP

The position currently available is for 37 hours per week (5 over 7).
