The Role

We are seeking a committed and experienced Finance Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation management accounts, as well as preparing financial submissions and setting budgets. They will work collaboratively with Hall departments and University finance teams to analyse financial data, provide budgetary advice, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key responsibilities include maximising income, implementing cost savings, and identifying funds for new initiatives. The Finance Coordinator will also administer the processing of invoices, manage banking, and sales ledger processes. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves providing financial reports to senior management and oversight committees.
