The University has invested in a Faculty Business office structure to deliver professional and responsive operational and administrative support to its three faculties as they prepare for growth. The Faculty Business Office works alongside all faculties and professional services colleagues to deliver a consistent, efficient, and flexible service that drives a culture of partnership to deliver excellent student experience.

In this role, you will work primarily with the Faculty of Social Sciences and Education; responding to enquiries, preparing, and supporting meetings, inputting data, maintaining filing systems, such as the faculty intranet site, and helping to arrange events.

You will have previous administrative experience, ideally gained within an office environment with a strong track record of customer service delivery to a range of stakeholders.  You will be able to communicate effectively, develop good working relationships, be able to prioritise, multi-task with competing deadlines and proficient in the use of IT systems (MS Office). We are looking to appoint a customer focused, reliable and trustworthy individual who works with high attention to detail.

This role will be located at Leeds Trinity University campus in Horsforth, Leeds.  Through our agile working framework, there may also be the option to spend some time working remotely to support work life balance, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.
