As Estates Director you will lead the strategic and operational development and management of the University campus to support high quality teaching and research, provide a positive experience for students, staff, and visitors, and raise the profile of the University.  You will provide clear strategic leadership, shaping the development and delivery of the long-term Estates & Accommodation Strategy, embed a values-based culture of continuous improvement, professionalism, inclusivity, teamwork, respectfulness, and customer service and lead a diverse portfolio of maintenance programmes, manage facilities and provide leadership of a large and complex Estate function.

To succeed in this exciting and high-profile role you will be a professional in a property related discipline and will have a proven depth of experience of leading and managing an estates and property function, with a proven ability to operate successfully at a strategic level.
